How good are IBJ for futures trading?

I have a 3 month work placement next year in the Industrial Bankof Japan London branch I am just wandering how good are they in trading currency futures are they small or medium sized players is there an opportunity to do well trading currency futures at IBJ?

Read the article(s) on Japanese banks at today's www.ft.com (22.11.2001). They seem to have trouble getting access to the foreign exchange market never mind trading well in it. IBJ are probably small sized in almost everything non-Japanese. Check out if the won any awards from Euromony, Risk, Instutional Investor etc etc...
