VW has always been the highest-cost producer. They supplant meeting emission standards with paying their bourgeois union the highest wage in the industry while producing a german Yugo. I love the irony. I hope they burn to the ground.
 
The stock is a sieve until it takes at least a 50% haircut on/from the news. So I suppose you can start buying at 21 and establish a full position by the time it hits 19.
 
Going down some more. It's unfolding (and unraveling) at the moment so I wouldn't venture a guess if this is the bottom. The other automakers might make it even more serious if it turns out they were doing the same. Sell for the time being.
