This link says that limit orders can be entered at 3:30 am ET and the opening session begins at 4 am ET... yet i can't post orders before 8 am ET. I see orders out there before 8, so what's the deal? Anybody know?
Am i correct in deciphering the link.. that orders can be posted starting at 4am ET on arca? Possibly a broker setting on my end or something? Thanks for any response.
