How does secret Swiss Bank Accounts work?

Swiss bankaccounts are so secret that then thousands of accountholders have been published and are known now worldwide.
If you have a legal ordinary account it is more secret these days than secret accounts.
The proof is that my ordinary bank account is still not published.

True secret swiss accounts do not have any name attached to them. They are only a number, if you have the number you can access the account. No names needed therefore the name can not be published. surf

So I ring them up, quote a number and keep repeating till they say 2mil in the account then ask for it to be transfered, no name, no proof it's not mine.

No, these are the secret accounts.
You cannot open any kind of account without giving your full identity and even an explanation for the money you put there. This information is accessible only by a few people in the bank. But this information exists! So if you can access this list you have all the names and all the accounts. That's what happened. Falciani had access to all this information, and used it when he lost his job.
