Otherwise, although I'm might be wrong, it seems like OP might be Dams Consulting and trolling for more twitter followers.

Rumours spread like wildfire nowadays on social media, people react emotionally, it's not that far-fetched, to be honest.

Live news service squawked: Acad takeover rumor, pulled up ACAD chart it was popping.
Live news service squawked: NFLX takeover rumor, pulled up NFLX chart, minutes later that started popping.
Live news service squawked: WYNN takeover rumor, pulled up WYNN chart it was popping.
Seconds later live news service squawked: Beware same Twitter account that started ACAD and NFLX rumor also started WYNN rumor.

After hearing that one guy started this, did a search for $WYNN on Twitter, scrolled through results to see who first mentioned it, found the guy, saw other questioning him on where he heard these, why is he making stuff up, people went on SEC site to report him, I just posted this thread to start on discussion on how it's possible that one person starts false rumors and billion dollar companies move, thread was titled "How does one MFer move companies worth billions", moderator came along and edited the title. I have no affiliation with this Twitter account what so ever, this thread in no way is shining a positive light on this guy, no clue how you interpreted that way, I don't give a s#%t about followers, likes and all that other BS, none of that makes my bank account grow.
