Call a local Rabbi and ask him
I had worked for the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) for 2 years when I was young.
On our team, we counted how many terrorists we shot dead: 17 in total, plus 4 deaths which were collateral damage which we apologized for (nobody's perfect).
Even if killing 17 terrorists + 4 collaterals only saved one Israeli life, it was still well worth it, cos terrorists' lives are worth nothing and we did pay some compensation to the families of the innocent who were caught up in the shooting.
Going to Israel and hunting terrorists is worth more than a monetary donation. I am delighted that much of our tax money is sent to Israel, though. And now that Mubarak is about to be executed, we no longer have to send money to Egpyt, which means more for Israel !!

Your making the ASSumption that Peli is Jewish or an Israeli citizen and you know as well as I that the chances of a non Jew who is not an Israeli citizen getting trigger pulling duties is zero.
