I too wonder why at least one of the thousands of traders holding SPX don't find it in their best interest to trade 1 share of every stock that hasn't trades 30 seconds (or some other arbitrary number) after the open. Some days it goes on for literally hours. There's got to be an opportunity there somewhere.
