Don't bother with them.

Position myself before the report comes out.

Try to catch the move as I see it develop just after the report comes out.

Place stops to catch the move.

Place stops w/ limits to catch the move and get out.

Some other strategy.

lately from what ive been noticing is that the specialist will gap it up/down, and then reverse it, (however for example GE yesterday never reversed it reached 24.10-.15 <not a quite positive the high of the day> and then just broke down)...
