How do you keep track of breaking news for your portfolio or watchlists?

If you find yourself being obsessed with news for each stock in your portfolio -- then chances are, I'll assume you are an impulse trader/investor...and you're just wrecking yourself

I reach for comics myself, all the news I need.

If good news comes out, and the market sells off, believe the market.

I guess I have to credit the late Jim Williams of the Williams Inference Service for teaching me how to read the news. Otherwise I'll be in trouble with the heavens. It seems rather simple once someone spells it out for you, but you could spend years scratching your head if no one told you. For him, life and the markets were all about the unintended messages all around us.
