HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO WAKEUP BY 7AM EVERY MONRING??? :eek: :confused:

was it worth missing a grand to stay up till 3am? if not, go to bed at a sensible time and you'll be able to wake up
 
I live in the Surrey/London area.. :)

And i trade Crude oil, but lastnight i got stuck in a trade overnight, and so liked to keep check of it through the night while watching movies.. lol
 
Getting up early is a serious problem.

I like to sleep till 11 am EST. Yep.

But the best trading is early.

So I only make 5 million instead of 20 million a year.
 
in the last 5 years, I can count on one hand, the nights I had more than 5 hours of sleep.

There are words for people getting more than 7 hrs of sleep every 24 hours.
