i have decided to wear a patch on one eye and then when my other eye gets tired i will move the patch over the tired eye. I tried it today and it worked flawlessly. If you cannot afford a real patch duct tape or bandanna or cut up an old t-shirt should work just fine.
on a serious note i just chagned my charts from bright white to a nice light gray and 2 things happened..
1. my eyes do feel better
2. the colors on teh chart..e specially yellows really "POP" and are easier to see.
