How do you go about changing the name of your fund?

How difficult would it be to change the name of your hedge fund if you haven't launched yet? [both the management co. and the fund..Delaware LLC & CA LP]

I had my docs made up a few yrs ago ..but I didn't launch..would it be hard to go back and make those changes at this point?
What's the best way to do this without dropping heavy coin on the legal team?

Dude,

If you are planning a hedge fund, you should be talking to lawyers and CPAs, not anonymous people whose opinion should not be trusted for such critical efforts.

unless hedge fund means "the $30,000 that I and a couple of friends scratched together."

easy, just contact the states corp bureau and ask--- OR easier if you used a corp set up service call them. its simple.

Yea, I did this..they said to change it with the people out in Delaware.
