how do you find out where the canadian mkt is opening up at

1) TSE60 canadian futures. Today pre mkt these futures said the canadian mkt was opening down .25%, when in reality the mkt opened down 1.15 ish %.

2) EWC etf US pre mkt quote. This is okay to look at however, the spread is sometimes wide and assuming the mkt will open up somewhere inbetween the spread doesn't narrow down exactly where the mkt will open up

any other ideas?
