How do you find intraday reversal patterns?

Can someone tell me how to find intraday reversal patters? I know that is probably a big question. But what do you look for? My strategy consist of watching the top % movers for the day. When I think they have hit the top or close to it, I short the stock. I have been succesful at doing this, but wanted to refine my strategy. Thanks for any help in advance.

Could you please explain? What is an outside reversal bar? And what do they look like? Do you have any examples?
