For those relatively new to trading... accustomed to markets which are only/mostly "strongly trending up".. this market must be quite the shock.

You can say that again! It's definitely been a good breaker of bad habits and improved risk management though.

The market price chart tells you everything you need/want to know. Read that. Do that. If you feel a bit "inadequate" here.. take some time to learn "Price TA". It works in ALL MARKETS... ALL TIME FRAMES! The market "tells you what it's doing right now". Learn to recognize and tune into that!! KISS, baby!
