How do you evaluate Nadella's work at MSFT?

Win 10 is maybe good idea for entertainment devices, but the result is extremely bad and it may push more people and businesses to Apple. If after all win 10's trouble businesses start switching to Apple it will be extremely difficult to get them back from there - it is difficult to get a customer back when he/she tasted something better.

Minecraft acquisition is good on my opinion - it is #1 game on popularity, and it may bring revenue in advertisement.

Linkedin acquisition is just another attempt to jump into social network - waste of resources on my opinion.

Lately MSFT is trying to catch up the services offered by other companies. If Nadella continues to play "catch up" game, it could be a bad time for MSFT. It does not look like Nadella has a vision and can create something new. The main difference between Google and MSFT is that Google is looking for people with visions and new ideas and MSFT is looking for cheap labor by moving most of their development to India.

And you see the results of that, Google is the most innovative company in the World, whilst Microsoft is burnings cash.

Google has it's faults, they make good stuff then take it away or merge it with some crap to make you use that or hide/lose features making something great useless :(

AAPL base there entire wealth mainly on a few phones and app and music sales. Qualitys gone down hill massively since the main mans death.

It's all just pie in the sky isn't it really.

I agree with you on that; Apple is very risky right now in a couple of years they can easily become the next Blackberry.

Nokia lacked a good OS which was hurting it, windows mobile wasnt bad, if you dont mind scrolling through huge lists and tiles that all look the same, lack of teamviewer and tradeinterceptor killed it for me, not checked if TV came later.

Dont understand how msft are surviving, they've given Win10 away, no body appears to be buying Metro apps, office is there only valid software and cloud based office365 is just aweful, its like going back to 1991.
Windows mobile wasn't bad? Are you kidding? WM was one of the worst operational systems ever (I am not sure if it's still exists. )

As in Win8, i used to Dev for 6.1 WM yep pretty poor but for its time, better than most.

Apple needs a kicking, entite tech bubble needs bursting.

I agree that there is a tech bubble now, but Apple isn't the biggest problem, look at AMZN or NFLX - their P/E ratios are way much crazier.

I started trading just as the first tech bubble burst, some stocks down 50% in a day, expected soon.

Atleast AMZN and NFLX aren't 1 trick ponies pretty much!
