I don't know I don't have anger problems especially with respect to the market.
Quote from oldtime:
that's why before you start trading, you should be totally screwed by a woman you trusted and loved.
That way, when ES moves against you it will be no big deal.
Quote from RCG Trader:
This comes from a lack of a stable system. If you have a proven system, you will know that, over the long term, i.e. a month, you will be net positive if you stick to your system.
i am assuming that these are happening with less and less frequency, they never completely go away, just part of the game, have to accept all ,not just the parts you like..when this happens , the answer to the why me question is...sometimes it's just your turnQuote from bjw:
but what's causing the anger is that 1 stupid trade short term.
Quote from halfwaythere:
We all have it. What do you do about it?
I've gotten a lot better over the years. I used to pound on my desk, yell at my screen, etc in a burst of anger.
Now I just calmly walk away from my screens, outside and beat on anything I can find with my bat (the ground, sand bags, midgets)
Would this be considered healthy? Because it feels good. Or is this TOO emotional?
