how do you day trade?

I watch the level II and time and sales and the 5 minute chart. Must get confirmation on all 3 before entering. I also watch the S&P futures.
 
i watch individual stocks that are moving whether it be news based,technical,ect... i then look for resistance and support levels and play it like that. works well just have to watch those fake breakouts.

Yes, those fake breakouts can lead to even better moves to the opposite sides.
