I find it hard to get to sleep.
My mind is constantly in overdrive... analyzing my trades, the market, the Fed, news, gold, trade war... how it all fits together, and what it means for tomorrow's price movements.
How do y'all relax and actually get some sleep?
Okay, we see the cost of your effort. What does the reward side of the equation look like? Are you doing better now than you were when you were getting your 6 to 9 hours? It may not answer your question on how to get more sleep but it's useful to know if your effort has been worth the trouble.6-9 hours. Yes more since work has cranked up and I’ve been coming up with lots of new ideas. Not enough hours in the day! My problem is “letting go” of the day. I sit around and think from 10pm-1am pondering any variety of things.
I don't want to mention any names, but *cough*BARON*cough* SWIM may have hinted at it.And while we're at it, how did a thread about getting a good night's sleep transition into a discussion about liquor? Wouldn't a glass of milk be a better choice?
