You just have to figure out what is relevant for the instruments you trade. It's pretty straightforward then to use an economic calendar in the mornings.

Ross Allen made a good living milking rattle snakes; but i for sure limit time with taking snake news media. I do listen or look @ SRN News,CBN News, FOX news, usually pre or post market.
