How do Prop Shops pay their Traders?

I would like to know how it is that Prop Shops pay their employees, or traders. Do they give you a check once a month for what you have made? Is your bank account tied into the account you have at the office? WHAT!?! I can't seem to find the answer online anywhere.

More...

Our traders simply email a request by Tuesday, deposited directly into their bank accounts on Wednesday. Once a week if they like.
