How do I start a day trading company!

..wants to start a daytrading company. In what aspect? as a prop shop?, wtf?

he still hasnt explained how this so called daytrading co would run.

Im sorry but any bonafide, successful trader is going to do the logical thing.... trade by himself and live the good life, without worrying about LLCs, S Corps, employees, etc.

He is just asking for headaches and heartache....

...just my opinion.
 
TZ is absolutely right here. As a private trader, there is no benefit to owning a corporation in your current position. You will only be subjected with double taxation and no additional tax benefits.
