You look like another dirty rotten stealth vendor type.
It's far worse... I'm a Bible thumper. I want to put the following in my sig:
Genesis 37:28; NAB said:Midianite traders passed by, and they pulled Joseph up out of the cistern. They sold Joseph for twenty pieces of silver to the Ishmaelites, who took him to Egypt.
This is first mention of trade in the Bible (outside of the purchase of Rachel as a wife, but that's something else). Traders saved Joseph's life! He'd been tossed into a well by his brothers, because they were jealous of his status as "The Favorite Son" (which I was definitely not). Traders pulled him out, and sold him for 20 pieces of silver. At a spot price of $17.83 today (midpoint between bid and ask), that's about $356.60 USD in today's terms.
They say that you learn something new every day. Next time you find a guy yelling for help from the bottom of a well, thanks to me, you know what to do.
Next time you hear people bad-mouthing traders, tell them this story.
