How do I monitor option activities in real time

Sometimes, a stock's option gets very active. For example, someone bought 10000 contracts of AAPL, Is there anyway I can get an alert on huge option activity on any stock?

I have a TDAmeritrade account and also I have trade-idea pro. I am willing to explore paid programs/services.
