Why do we need that info about your marital status and the fact you have a child?

came home one day from office to find out that i was unable to withdraw the money i invested '$750,000' in what i believed to be a legitimate binary options trading site and made an apparent profit. But the company was not allowing me to withdraw my money, including ostensible winnings, and i realized belatedly that i had been scammed by one of Israel’s numerous fraudulent binary options firms.

If you have that much money to toss around at scammy crap, why not contact me and I can invest 1/4 of that and make you money?

Oh. Because, as you are based in the USA, you would rather trust sending your money to the Middle East, rather than send it to any number of people/companies with proven records trading on REGULATED exchanges.

To answer your question, no, you will never recover your money. There is ZERO chance. After all, what lawyers do you know that are licensed to practice law in Israel? And what "lawyer" could ever argue a case in your favor when the risk disclaimer clearly states that you can lose all your money, and then some, and makes NO mention of protections through a regulated exchange?

Dude, stick to regulated products and exchanges. That means no BOs, no cryptos, no OTC. You dig? Maybe go surfing, that might clear your head.

Its worse the guy seems to be doing research for a new book no doubt. His post is meant to reel in people who were defrauded in options schemes.
 
Well binary options from what I know don't trade on regular exchanges backed by clearing houses, just like bitcoin exchanges you're throwing your money at their mercy. So that's all you can expect: mercy, although as you may see, you get nothing of that when you need it.

Otherwise like some posters here, I don't believe in the $750k figure either.
 
I don't know about getting your money back but I can tell you this.. If you live in the USA the only binary options platform you should use is Nadex. It's an actual exchange based out of Chicogo. They are regulated and they always pay me out in a timely fashion. You aren't trading against a broker because it's an exchange not a brokerage firm. With that money and my strategy, you would have had millions for sure by now.. Good luck!
