How do I choose a prop firm?????????

Been looking at joining a prop firm, I've looked at about 5, everything from send your depoist and start to trade to get your series 7 and we will talk, I once had my 7&63 is there a legit place where I can trade without them?

Bright?
Broad St.?
Assent?

prop firms (deposit style, meaning its not a job but a brokerage account on steroids) are about a few things.

Stability
Rates
Leverage
and perhaps software

I hear good things about echo. A guy that has a journal here and makes a great living trades with them I believe.

Really, its up to you to make it work. If you can't trade it
doesn't matter what firm you decide to trade with.
