How do I calculate this

Say I have 100 stocks and I wish to allocate to each a RS (relative strength value) compared to the SP500.

I know I divide each stock by SP500, but that doesnt tell me how strong the RS is as the price of each stock is different.

What is the way to do this, so that the true performance of each stock is reflected correctly versus the SP500 ??

1) Don't bother with it. Put all of our money in the SPY and don't waste your time being a stock picker.
2) You could calculate the recent trend of the RS for each stock and the SPY and do some type of ratio comparison.
