How do i access online chat support for IB?

I would like to ask these guys some questions through online chat. But its telling that i need to be in the process of opening an account or have ana ccount to do so. Is there any way for guys like me to just online chat with a rep to find out some general info beforehand?

what is it you want to know? I and many others have been trading with ib for a long time. They answer questions here all the time if you want to stay anonymous. The min is 10k, what else do you want to know?
 
i want to know about how much leverage and a little more clarification on fees. for instance do they charge a routing fee as my current broker does. this is all for CFDS. and for the single stocks on cfds how wide range isit. is it the while us markets or just specific stocks on it.
 
seriously? you didn't read the link... two ways to reach IB chat.

1, existing customers - from within platform

2, prospective customers - from the "help me" in the application

IB, may not be the best option for you.
 
yes but if you read my post i am clearly wonbdering beforehand before application. why would i want to start an application without knowing about the broker.
