How did Elite Trader affect your TRADING ?

vhehn,

BTW, my comment was a VERY serious one.
I'm not so sure what's wrong with you, but as usual, who cares.

Good Trading !

P.S. Go compare the performance of NYSE to that of NASDAQ, and you'll realise that in bear markets, the best investment decisions could be found in NYSE.

P.S. Not that I have anything against Don, but I don't care what he says or posts ... I'd leave that to you ... he just doesn't suit my trading style ...

Bono, I thought you were serious, and I was going to say something, but I decided to stay out of it.

Your reply was a hoot.

It's all good, Vhen.

sorry i thought you were making some kind of smart remark.

vhehn,

That's OK, but rest assured that when I make a smart remark it's readable and understandable by the whole ET community. psssssst .... go ask Lundy :)

tempest in a teapot

I think that the real value of ET is that it provides a forum for us to express ourselves AS TRADERS. For those of us who work from home and don't have a circle of trader friends (my real friends think I'm insane) to shoot the shit with, ET can be a real blessing. Most of the time there isn't a lot here worth the 1/2 second it takes to skim over, but just by being here we confirm our "trader identity." I hang out at a trading site - so I must be a serious trader.
I think that is the true value of ET. Not education, not semi-artificial friendships, just plain old confirmation of identity.
