Unfortunately people like anek know that the CFTC would laugh at me.

Imagine if I called them and say look CFTC I got these emails from anek, a member of my trading room a year ago.

He praised me, and did recommend about 7 of his friends to my web site. Now, because I and other trading web room operators would partner up with him, he wants to start trash talking .....please investigate and tell all the ET people that I am telling the truth.

CFTC: "Alex, don't be an ass. We are tje CFTC. Our main job is to investigate chages against brokers and trading advisors who TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY you know where people open an account, and you do something illegal or crooked with their money.

Like steal it, do an unauthorized trade, rip them off etc. You are an educational service that does not accept client funds so we have no concerns with you. And you do provide your clients with the required warnings about how risky trading is.

We are not a baby sitting service to supervise gutter talking people. We could care less whether anek's claims are truthful or not. If you don't like what anek says about you don't open his email or read his ET postings. This is America Alex and anek and you and even some morons on ET are allowed to say anything they want without fear of the GOVERNMENT forcing them to watch what they say.

Maybe take your complaint up with TIEPA (Truth in email postings agency).

They can't tell you what to say but they can provide advisories that promote truthful email postings.

Thank you for your complaint."

That is what the CFTC would say.

This has been 4 days in a row I have been posting.
