You are sort of right Trendo.

If someone seriously threatens someone with harm, physically or financially, that can be grounds for not only civil but in many cases criminal charges.

But before we trot out lawyers and cops, think for a minute.

This is ET, the land of make-believe traders and entertainment.

Let me put it another way:

When the UNDERTAKER grabs the mike and yells to Mr. McMahon.

"OK McMahon. You are mine. When I see you I will jump from the top of the ring on to your throat until I kill you."

What would your local precinct say if McMahon walked in and asked the desk sergeant for a warrant for the UNDERTAKER'S ARREST?

Yes. It is entertainment.

Same reason I can't sue anyone here for stating that my wife (deceased) is a drug dealer in prison.

Are there any lawyers here who can tell you why, with obvious proof that the drug dealing wife charge is a complete lie and fabrication---why can't I sue anyone making that charge?

Because this is ET and it is entertainment.

How about a sharp lawyer out there. Can he or she say that my business is suffering because of all the dozen or so liars who claim that my service is a scam?

First: membership is up, so no damages.

Second: this is ET.

We have clowns making silly cartoons and wild unsubstantiated charges.

Anyone out there want to state that I could successfully sue these pureticker groupies?

Pure Tick is a fucking joke... You really now how to promote your company there Alex.

I think this Alex character is on some serious steriods or something. He just comes across as if he's having a roid rage.
 
Most of the dross on ET is easily identifiable and thus easy to ignore (thank goodness for that feature or I would have stopped visiting ET a long time ago). Thankfully the quality stuff is also easy to identify and Anek's contribution to ET is by far the best and most valuable I have come across in the last 5 years.

If you are serious about trading you will put spectra (sour grapes has turned what was a marginally useful service for a complete newbie in to something to be avoided completely) on ignore and read and reread every post Anek has ever written.

Then maybe I can take away some of those traders who pay anex the big bucks for his valuable advice---a newbie who started trading a year ago.

Much better than that Larry Williams who wrote that best selling book a long time ago "How I made $1 Million Dollars Last Year Trading Futures."

Anx makes that in 10 days.

Being interested in making the transition from stock daytrading to ES trading, I was seeking training from a reputable source. After reading the non-professional ranting and ravings of Alex, I've decided not to sign up for Puretick.
