Makes sense to keep things low key... posting a pedestrian +$100k day instead of a really big one wouldn't be expected to draw too much attention in this forum.

WoW is a much better distraction than the porn was, by far. We all use some type of distraction to break the tension when big trades are in various stages of execution. Sitting there watching the tapes & equity curve bob around is not healthy. Gotta have some other distraction to keep the adrenaline manageable. A weight room in the office would be another excellent choice.

Anybody know if Anek, in trending days, is using a time-based chart instead of volume based? Or has he started using time-based charts all the time? Or maybe the time-based chart was only for illustration?

yeah i second that....it took me over an hour to read just 15 pages......but i reckon there's no shortcut in life, and it applies to trading as well. I plan on following up on it whenever i can.

and for those who think anek just posts his monster days and not his losing days.......I can't how his losing days equal or surpass his updays in terms of $$$$. his strategies/rules are simple yet powerful.... If a noob like me tried this, the first thing and the foremost thing i need to do is to stick to the plan.....anything other than that will probably kill me.

He made 57% not 4.71%. 4.71% is the profit per trade. Not bad return for one day...or month...or year.
