Do you really think making D.C. and Puerto Rico a state for their 4-6 EC votes will change presidential elections?
No,but it gives them 10-12 new Democrat Senators.Dems could than end gerrymandering allowing Dems to have The House most of the time.Dems would also get a few more House seats.The extra EC votes could come in handy though,Trump was less than 50,000 votes from a tie in The EC.
A Republican would occasionally win The WH but a republican president cant pass any GOP laws or ever add conservative judges to The SC if Dems always have The Senate.

I was just listening to some old familiar Irish radio stations that were good for high quality innovative artists via web in the car. Half the new small band songs are now West African immigrants doing sound-a-like accents of US performers.
I fucking hate rap in any quantity, I also dislike country/western music for the same reason, it is a dirge of poverty and misfortune ideation as well as being monotonous.

Many things need to be done in parallel by policy makers to raise the tide for African Amercians but there are a few cultural elements that need to be handled internally.
