Cause Bad Banks risk the prosperity of a nation to enrich themselves. When things going down hill, drag the whole nation with it and force taxpayers to hold the bag.
Notice Good banks like BB&T gets no help for doing the right thing.
Seems like rewarding bad behavior is the norm here.
Actually there is only one word to explain why - corruption.
