How can you trade CUBE from 4:00am

I was short QQQQ and was trying to cover at 47.04 and some above that price (GTC orders).

My orders were executed at 4:15 am @ 47.18 continued to 4:46 @ 47.04

but how come I can't trade in these hours ... I mean IB only shows the markets as closed ... it's only after 7:30 that one can start trading through IB?
