Seems me me that he is simply looking for a site with a list of upcoming IPO's. Which is something the companies deliberately advertise in advance.

I believe Schwab has a page with this information on their web interface for customers.

i don’t get why people are so offended or angry about this topic. I wasn’t asking for insider information. i thought perhaps that there was a way to find out thru a website. bc i’m using yahoo finance and finviz and everytime the stock goes down it seems like people already know this in advance.
