How can Monsanto (MON) P/E be higher than Google?

I am comparing Monsanto P/E at 21.88 with of the following P/E:

Google 18.12

and the other agricultural / fertilizer stocks' P/E:

Agrium (AGU) 3.44
CF industries (CF) 4.74
Mosiac (MOS) 4.42
Potash (POT) 6.27

So the market is saying Monsanto growth is faster than Google and all its peer combined?
