I am sorry to hear this. Been using IB for over 10 years, never such issues.

I feel like IB is always having glitches, and their customer support sucks. But it’s hard to beat their commissions.

Go on a chat... I think that's the best way to contact IB. Tried phone once, sucks... and tickets take time indeed, probably because they think that if it's urgent, you would use the chat.
