AT&T is using Reno as a trial market to place a surcharge on dsl data usage over a certain level. Does anyone have experience with finding the total volume of "bytes/month" that one is downloading from the internet? If this idea takes hold I wonder how much it will cost for traders who have AT&T and monitor markets 24/7. The first link is an AP story. The second is a web page that has some software that might let me monitor usage. Anybody have any experience with this?
