So they built viable communities and expanded and found larger success. But this is not what happened with black and Hispanic people.

We know that but many of the players have responsibiities that are not being met, but for which they have been paid massive, massive dollars. The public has literally paid the Chicago teachers and their union billions of dollars to meet their constinuous ransome demands, and to maintain school systems that are a total failure. This thread is about Chicago schools. And the behavior of the teachers and the unions and the collapse of that system should be kept solidly in the crosshairs. And the fact that are absentee fathers, and alleged systemic racism, and Thomas Jefferson porked Sally Hemmings two hundred years ago may or may not relevant.
