I suggest you read the entire article -- which goes on to outline your premise is bullshiat.

Including the last words of the first paragraph which you somehow forgot - "— though rates of deaths and hospitalizations remained the lowest among the boosted.

And the second paragraph -
"The new data do not mean booster shots are somehow increasing the risk. Ongoing studies continue to provide strong evidence of additional protection offered by booster shots against infection, severe disease, and death."

You do realize we are in the middle of a Omicron BA.2.12.1 variant wave currently. We were not in the middle of the a Covid wave last summer in June. Why don't you compare the current number of cases in the U.S. currently to the peaks for the previous original, Delta and Omicron BA1 waves in the U.S. -- and tell us how things are looking. Remember to thank vaccinations.

Neither have I had it since getting it very early before anyone suspected there was Covid in the country but getting it was up there with cerebral malaria in absolutely no fun at all.

This was especially true at 7000* feet which made it a lot worse. So I took all the vaccines as well but of course I had my wife's elderly family to consider plus the volunteering work.


*Perú just south had the highest death rate in the world per capita because their president focused on useless therapeutics and doing a DeShithead with the count instead of getting liquid oxygen out to the rural areas.
