How a self made top 5% trader views the world (ME)

Quote from hbiawos:

Chloride, aside from your little manifesto (which I happen to like), this is all self-indulgent crap. Show us how you're a top 5% trader. Any war stories or history to share? Any P/L to download? Anything at all other than your own laughable self-asssessment? Absolutely dead certain you were home on Friday night because you broke you leg. LOL

what you have seen is intellectual side of me.

as I wrote already, trader needs power from within

would you like to read my display of power

here goes

F U you disrespecting little punk, if you told me this in my face instead of internet forum

What makes you think I give a flyin' fuck what your views are? So far your writing is that of a self absorbed, adolescent minded punk. Too bad money can't buy a personality. You're dirt poor and don't even know it. The good news is you have plenty of company.

I don't think that anger is the inner fuel of success. Anger or too much of it (consistently) is a really great sign that you are not doing things that are moving you in the direction you say you want.

Conversely, happiness as the fuel of success is something I agree with. This applies to trading. At least it happened before I turned the corner on my career.

You know, a lot of people bag on things that make intuitive sense and really work, and continue to fight against stuff that they don't want. I think it's possible you could be an angry trader and make a lot of money, but your life as a whole would not be wealthy (meaning an abundance of good things in every area of life).

So, anger really is not the inner fuel of success, and certainly not an emotion that would indicate that one is on the right track with one's aspirations.
