Dear God, they jacked this up to over $12. I for sure wouldn't of had the balls to go that far with it.

Similar action to some sub prime guys after their monster dips last year. All I know is you get too greedy with plays like this, you'll get burned.

Sure down the road one of these home builders will declare BK. Mostly just a crap shoot...should of scalped a few % while I had the chance....oh well....good trade.
