You clearly do not understand the impacts of the climate change religion. Climate change religion causes less rain, more rain, higher frequency of hurricanes, less frequency of hurricanes and global warming even causes cooling. Furthermore, if it doesn't meet the climate change religion's doctrine, it is simply a weather event. However, if it does agree with climate change religion's doctrine, it is climate.

But why get it? Since so many don't have it, the federal gov't is sure to pay for it all.
btw, the future is now set. Ryan and Mcconnell won't be putting a wall in the budget that goes with the debt ceiling increase. Because there will be who knows how many billions of aid to Houston in this budget. So if Trump vetoes the budget because it hasn't got a wall, the entire deep state and their media buddies will say Trump doesn't care about Houston and wants them to die and it's because there's a lot of black people there and he's a nazi and blah blah.
and of course if there is money for a wall it would have to be money taken directly away from the poor people of houston. (can find a trillion for the generals but can't find twenty billion for the wall)
