its incredible isn't it. temperature has been fluctuating for hundreds and thousands of years. globalists invent a new strategy to further transfer income and wealth and people are suckered by it. electric cars are right up there, people suckered into buying a 'clean energy' electric car. The reality is cars are now so highly engineered with proper maintenance they last for 20 years+, globalists have a problem because they need to shift product. the real issue in Houston is inadequate flood defences. You simply cannot keep developing cities and not make suitable provision for flooding. All those tax dollars spent on servicing debt, foreign wars, welfare, defending other countries and countless other government projects not enough money left for flood defences. oopsy.

Well "these are facts" if you ignore the facts about the documented previous flooding in Texas. In 1978 Tropical Storm Amelia dumped 48 inches of rain on Texas causing similar flooding. 1961's Hurricane Carla caused similar flooding and wind issues. The Army Corps built the Addicks and Barker reservoirs after devastating Houston floods in 1929 and 1935, the reservoirs were designed to hold water until it can be released downstream at a controlled rate.

The flooding of Houston has a consist documented history back to the 1800s. The increased number of people and non-porous surfaces making it worse now than previously.

This current flood is not due to global warming; nor is it larger scale or more water than previous events.

You clearly do not understand the impacts of the climate change religion. Climate change religion causes less rain, more rain, higher frequency of hurricanes, less frequency of hurricanes and global warming even causes cooling. Furthermore, if it doesn't meet the climate change religion's doctrine, it is simply a weather event. However, if it does agree with climate change religion's doctrine, it is climate.

Anyone blaming Harvey on global warming doesn’t have a leg to stand on.

Harvey will be in the record books for almost unbelievable amounts of rainfall (the final tally is not in yet; unfortunately it will still be raining in TX for several more days, with potential doubling of the amount that has already fallen). While there was a large amount of water vapor ingested into Harvey, the huge amounts of rain are associated with Harvey’s stalled movement, while still close enough to the Gulf to continue to suck in moisture.
