hmm ... probably should start a T-shirt business selling the no fear t-shirt at all the real estate and realtor conventions ofver the next couple of years .....
 
I wonder if anyone is wearing their "Irrational exuberance" t-shirts from 1996 after they sold out and went to cash expecting a collapse. I wonder why the Dow, S&P500 nor the Nasdaq has ever come close to touching those levels since.
