I'd make just one edit here. Employer paid health care coverage is additionally paid for by employees in that the raise they might have gotten went to help pay the employers end of the
premium and insurers profits ...and I wouldn't doubt insurers target it.

But, just like companies and businesses and the local yard boy do not pay taxes, employers and the government do not pay for health care.

Consumers and employees pay for everything.
