Or to put it another way, since the wall is at risk in the senate, don't count on a permanent daca program anytime soon.
Hispanic voter turnout was much lower in 2016 than it was in 2012 and 2008.The 2020 democrat candidate promises DACA=Much higher Hispanic turnout in 2020.Not good for a guy who only won by 78,000 votes and dropped 10 points in approval since.
DACA's will be deported by then.
