Possibly interested in trading in a Crabel book and a brand new two storey 3 bedroom townhouse in the Blue Mountains (about 1 solid hour's drive from Sydney, Australia.).

Lots of fresh air, safely away from terrorist's target and a small town atmosphere.

The house was originally built in 1978 since then I have reconstructed the whole house recently new roof, basement, living room etc..

upsate newyork means Catskills

the home is 190 miles away from New York City it is still located In New York State.

I don't think its cheap at all location location location real estate in New York City is valued much more than Real estate in the suberbs.
