Hourly Bar Open Time - TradingView.com

Hey guys, I am trying out tradingview.com and noticed that the hourly bar opens at the 30 minute market vs any other platform I have ever used. (Example: 10:30 starts new hourly vs. 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.....)

Anyone seen this before on any other charting platforms? Is there anyway to change it on trading view?
 
They got back to me and said there isn't any way to change it. It's a bummer because I really like there charts. Anyone else ever seen hourly bars on US Equities open at 30 minute mark on a platform?

Yes about 15 years ago in a forex platform. After some complaints, they fixed it but apparently nobody complained about such for a few years prior to the wave of complaints accordingly to their technical support department. :D

Anybody that gives you an answer like they did...best to find someone else to use.
